This is the first post in the new MySQL++ forum, which uses a new feature of Fossil, currently in a pre-release state.

I have not yet decided whether this forum will replace the mailing list. Mainly I'm setting this up to help test the Fossil feature, but also because it seems many are resistant to subscribing to mailing lists these days. I suppose that my decision will be based on whether this forum gets some adoption from the MySQL++ user base.
