libmysqlclient-devel not available in cygwin repo

I can't install package libmysqlclient-devel from cygwin repo because it is not found.

I think it was available before and removed or replaced. Is possible to install another package to support mysql++ on cygwin? Or a link for manual installation.

I get [a bunch of results][1] for a search on "libmysqlclient" with the Cygwin Package Search tool.
