Will MYSQL++ work with Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2017 and Visual Studio 2019? Is the file mysql++-3.2.4.tar.gz both 64 bit and 32 bit?

It's source code. There are no pre-built binaries for current versions of MySQL++ on this site.
